Here’s another example of the CCP #China trying to control and intimidate Chinese Americans on US soil. People in #California have been posing as Chinese police in cars marked with China’s Communist police logos/symbols and pulling people over.
The China Communist Party have also set up cells on college and university campuses across the US under the guise of exchange programs while actually directing students to form Communist Party cells on campuses.

They’ve also set up tons of Confucius Institutes all over American college campuses to subvert, brainwash, and propagandize students. CCP officials have said themselves that the purpose of these institutes was to increase their power.

The guy that crashed into and drove through a Chicago area mall was charged with terrorism in Illinois, but they don't have a motive and it seems Illinois law defines terrorism as "any act that causes substantial damage to any building containing 5 more businesses."
Police said they had no reason to believe he was targeting anyone or any business specifically and made no mention about a health condition, which they originally said could have been a possibility.

I'm guessing a health condition has now been ruled out.
No idea if he was tested for drugs and alcohol, but I'm sure he was as it's probably standard procedure.

So, if no drugs, no health condition, no accident, why would he crash into the mall like that?

I guess he's not telling police why he did it, either.

My communist education in China was half political indoctrination. Youths were encouraged to demonise “the government’s enemy”, including Western democracies, Christians, Tibetans, Falun Gong practitioners and now Hong Kong protesters.
We feared repercussions if we challenged such rhetoric, and were rewarded for using extreme language and action to marginalise and demonise the targeted minority.

Students made roads impassable by setting up barricades to block the army, so I got on my bicycle & pedaled furiously toward the gunfire. I reached Tiananmen Square shortly before the army & I watched as soldiers fired their automatic weapons directly at the crowd that I was in.

A good example of a common historical phenomenon that too many non-historians don't know about: the mortgaging of enslaved people to secure credit for their owners. As "people with a price," they were exploited as capital assets, not only as laborers.
