Yesssss.
In my opinion, simply having been appointed by a Republican president is grounds for removal from the bench.
I realize that's not a mainstream opinion, but I think it's a correct one and it may well come around in time.

What's needed is a public understanding of what it is to have been a Republican for say the last 50 yrs.
There have been in the past groups to which membership was acceptable for decades, until a much-needed reassessment of public understanding changed that.
