Ok, small little blog-esque rant on a few things I've seen.

I hate that in this society, you have either be into popular shit or have an edge/controversy to you in order to gain notoriety/fame.
Yesterday we saw a dude dunk on TwitchCon then take it back once something bad happened, and a man win a championship, despite missing 3 drug tests.

I'm not saying people are not allowed to make mistakes, but it feels like everyone gives people who have done something (cont)
wrong a hard pass and like them for being well controversial, allowing their fan base. However, people that are AMAZING at what they do, and are very kind and have little to no controversy get ignored.

That's not right.
And even the people that don't have an edge to them, they just talk about whatever is popular to get noticed, or in the case of Mr. TwitchCon, both.
Then you have people who have USED REAL ABUSE ACCUSATIONS IN ORDER FOR HER AND OTHERS TO GAIN FAME(just for context, this is about Tati/James/Jeffery).
And then Mriyad of people who have abused people and therefore, abused their position of power.

In my opinion, the ultimate sin. I agree that cancel culture needs to die(people forget that it can have effects on people beyond the person they are accusing)(cont)
, but still, it's not a good look on that person.

Society seems to reward those that attract drama around them and are pieces of shit, rather than people who are good, and have also BEEN HURT, and truly have passion for what they are doing.
Now like with my blogs to tie this to me. The main reason I started the T-Shirt brand was to show off my designs based on Japanese media, a style of media I admitlly adore.

However, this concept has evolved over time, as I have begun to put more messages of both(cont)
positivity and love. This is not only because I believe Love is the strongest emotion(which in turn dramatically improves one's mental health), but because, I was truly passionate about those designs.
I still don't believe I can be an activist. But instead, I just want to help people. I can hear and feel their cries and pain, and I want to help people feel better even if it's just for a minute.
I want to be real about the person I am. I hate politics. I can be seen as BORING. I love most things about Japan. I am NOT mainstream

I am me. Nobody else.
