@VanessaBeeley In 2016, the White Helmets' partnered with their PR agency, Hala Systems, to implement a new system called "Sentry," a threat-prediction system designed for civilians in conflict zones but used mainly in Syria's Idlib province -- the "largest al Qaeda safe haven since 9/11."

@VanessaBeeley But looking at Hala Systems' co-founders, investors, NGO connections, and more, they appear to be more a military, intelligence front than a small start-up tech company created in response to Idlib's humanitarian crisis.

@VanessaBeeley Hala's not-so-humble beginnings was bankrolled by mining magnate Frank Giustra, Bill Clinton's close associate who purchased the uranium in Kazakhstan that Hillary later sold to the Russians.

@VanessaBeeley And one of Hala's co-founders was recruited early on by the US State department, relocated to Turkey, and appears to have been involved in the early destabilization campaign in Syria led by the US and U.K.

@VanessaBeeley Digging further you'll find a military intelligence front agency that includes a Hala board member who used to be under secretary of the US Navy and Marko Oroz who has ties to the CIA and is rumored to have a history of corporate espionage.

@VanessaBeeley Then there's Lincoln Laboratories (DOD funded), Deloitte, Booz, and World Bank, all of whom are members of Hala System's team.
