BREAKING: Judicial Watch announced today that the State Department provided a previously hidden email which shows that top State Department officials used and were aware of Hillary Clinton’s email account (1/3).

It appears the State Department produced this email in 2016 in redacted form, blacking out Clinton’s personal email address and the discussion about Clinton’s wanting to keep her email address closely guarded (2/3).

In April, Judicial Watch announced that E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assis director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, had admitted in writing and under oath that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President.
Now Judicial Watch has obtained 44 pages of records from the State Department through court-ordered discovery revealing that the Obama White House was tracking a December 2012 FOIA request seeking records concerning Clinton’s use of an unsecure, non-government email system.

1. There is an old adage that “justice delayed is justice denied.” The Left are all about “second chances” and weak penalties, especially among favored groups. But what is the long-term impact on society?
2. The failure to prosecute criminals and dispense harsh justice not only emboldens them to commit more egregious crimes (it’s psychologically inevitable!) but also provides incentives for others to follow the same path to “reward” (and notoriety).
3. While this applies to criminals of all persuasions, from the petty to the most violent, I am speaking here of members of the American political class and the serious damage that delayed justice has wrought on the body politic of this country.
