On 5/8/17, Rosenstein wrote a memo to @realDonaldTrump recommending that Comey be fired. The next day, Trump fired Comey. Just 3 days later Rosenstein sent an email assuring Mueller that “The boss and his staff do not know about our discussions,” (2/3).
