Over the years I’ve amused many if you with my never-ending battle of the bulge. I’ve gone through the salad and sardines diets, the paleo diets, the intermittent fasting diets in my many attempts to lose the extra 15lbs.

Nothing ever worked. Or rather it worked for a little bit but never worked for long.
Until now.
Happy to say that I am near my high school fighting weight, have held steady at that level for more than three months without any effort whatsoever and generally feel good.

#Oil has strong influence on price development (inflation). Seems to be developing in Ending Diagonal. We may see wave (B) develop as a triangle - before next move down towards target <20 USD #HZupdates

#EURUSD As expected weeks back, we have seen EUR weakness in current wave b in the correctional abc-structure of wave 2. This correction (wave 2) is not done yet! We still need wave c - which will be a strong rally. LT-target remains same: min. ~0.91 by mid-2019 #HZupdates
#XAUUSD ran ahead of EURUSD in the rally up towards it's wave 2 target. We are not quite there yet. Few more days (weeks?) before a major top for Gold. I cannot emphasize this enough. Now is the time you need to get out of Gold. Coming wave 3 down will be strong #HZupdates

No one really cares what I think about Amy Siskind, but I wanted to write about her behavior and the behavior of her fans anyway. This touches on what being an ally to Black people and other people of color should mean. 1/
If you haven't followed along, Amy Siskind, who writes a lot about #Resistance (ugh, if you aren't #antifa that seems like a self-glorifying term) and creeping authoritarianism, and who wrote The List and is on TV and stuff, has been rightly dragged this week. 2/
I believe it started when she wrote a dumb tweet last weekend about how there weren't Nazis rallying in America prior to Trump becoming president. People, particularly Black people and other POC, rightly called bullshit on that ahistoricism. 3/

This is classic gaslighting. Any rube knows that an account with x number of followers vs tweets blahblahblah. It's meant to be elementary.
That's how you build up the confidence of the reader. Next, you promote that if you can't follow the oppositions argument--it's 'vague'.
