2/ You can find the mentioned video if you look for it, but I wouldn't recommend it, since it's disturbing. I will say that the variety of media, politicians and entertainers depicted is larger than the article indicates.
And the White House Correspondent's Association has thoughts about this.
4/ If I might add a couple of professor-ish observations: First, I know it's a modified clip from a movie, but given the publicized support of the president by some evangelical Christians, the use of a church is a curious choice.
5/ Second, this fictional depiction of the president as action hero suggests a mythology around the actual person. Whatever you think of the president, with his age and background, hand-to-hand combat and expert marksmanship seem unlikely pursuits.
6/ Metaphorically slaying critics with mean tweets wouldn't be good video, but it still seems like the excessive violence is a deliberate choice here. As someone who teaches aspiring journalists, I also think it's a regrettable one.
