Does it bother anyone that some of the groups the Obama administration swore were "white hats" deserving of U.S. support are joining the Turks to attack the Kurds in Syria?
Does it bother anyone that NATO isn't doing anything about one of its members, Turkey, invading a country and attacking a non-state group that was a NATO military ally against the Islamic State?
Does it bother anyone that nobody from the U.N., NATO, EU, or from among even the most strident U.S. critics of Trump's withdrawal, is saying the Turks are wrong to believe they face a security threat from the Kurds in northeastern Syria?
Does it bother anyone that nobody in Europe was doing anything to deal with the dangerous European ISIS fighters who were apparently supposed to languish in Kurdish-run Syrian prison camps forever, and the Euros had no contingency plan for a predictable Turkish invasion?
Does it bother anyone that Syrian Kurdish spokesmen are all over the international media now that Turkey is attacking, but before that, nobody seemed interested in asking them if Turkey's security concerns were legitimate?
Does it bother anyone that Trump is the first U.S. official to come up with anything resembling an "exit plan" for American troops in Syria? There were demands for an exit plan from Iraq every day during the Bush administration. Why not for Syria?
Does it bother anyone that a handful of American troops were expected to go to war against Turkey, a NATO country, without any debate in Congress or an authorization for the use of force? Why didn't Congress have that debate and vote to send a signal to Turkey?
