Lib Dems table amendment to it saying that deal goes through as long as there is a second referendum.
DUP so enraged by today backs the amended legislation.

Tuesday onwards: European Council says it will grants an indefinite extension until the legislation is passed, knowing the PM can only get it through with a second referendum.
Caveat is MPs have to vote for it, which they will if numbers hold. And PM has to accept it.

Basically if the numbers today hold - and it is a massive if - then today is the closest we will come to leaving the EU for some time yet.
