Thread- The Congressional Subcommittee @HouseForeign hearing earlier today chaired by @BradSherman was a naked display of partisanship, illiteracy about the subject at hand and an attempt to gag anybody who went against the premeditated outcome of the hearing.
@HouseForeign @BradSherman Ostensibly the hearing was about Human Rights violation in South Asia. However, the biggest violator of human rights, Pakistan was conveniently left off the hook. Except brief intervention by Republican @TedYoho no one even questioned Pakistan's commitment to Human Rights.

It came as no surprise to me that committee spent not even a minute talking about their plight. It was also shocking that no KP representative was invited.

Pakistan will be exposed despite the covering fire provided by terror apologists. This hearing only exposes US lawmakers who today stood on the wrong side of history.
