How ya feeling @DICKS shareholders, now that you know this fella jeopardized your market share and return on investment for nothing more than a marketing scheme, a launching pad for his own political ambitions?
It makes a lot more sense now, eh, his cavalier statements regarding the loss that was posted following his anti-gun stance. Of course it was “worth it” to him. He bought, with shareholder dollars, $250M worth of SJW street cred. @dicks
Those guns he destroyed? Those are known as “inventory“

His stunts already had the stench of political ambition and now we know for sure. Were I a stockholder in this company, I would demand accountability.

Stacks antics did create a couple of bumps in the stock however, the type of investor who will put their money in a company based on the companies attack on their customer base is not an investor to be taken seriously. Any bump will be short term.
Offending your customer base and sending them to your competitors is not a sustainable strategy for growth. What it can accomplish , however, is terrific, unchallenged media coverage for the CEO. Hey, @dicks shareholders, is the picture starting to come together for you yet?
