I would sacrifice most of you people to Satan using a dull spork if it meant I could eat my dude’s food everyday.
He made tostadas with raw scallops and pickled pork skin and served up some amazing Kampachi drizzled with olive oil and sea salt. I mean COME ON
did i mention that for openers he brought out uni served on Japanese oysters on the half shell with a special homemade ponzu sauce he makes and marinated in honey for 10 days? Or the beet juice mahi mahi ceviche?
