This would be a massive violation of free & fair elections & the rule of law. There is zero evidence of any voter fraud & nearly every other Kentucky Republican on the ballot won a landslide while GOP Gov. Matt Bevin is currently losing by several thousand votes #KYgov
This. Kentucky Republicans don't get to just retcon the Libertarian's votes because they think a different electoral system would have given them a win. Changing the existing legal rules AFTER everyone has voted is banana republic territory

North Carolina Republicans frequently have legislated by ambush since they took control of the legislature in 2010 & gerrymandered it to guarantee GOP majorities. Same NC GOP that's trying to hold a sneak attack budget override vote when Dems are absent

Most U.S. cities hold local elections at times that don't coincide with federal & state elections, & their turnout is accordingly low. Consolidating local elections with federal & state ones would make local electorates more demographically representative & have a profound impact
If you're concerned about "ballot fatigue" from a long ballot, then there are plenty of downballot elected offices that have no business being elected & should be appointed instead. No one should have to be voting on 20 judges, county coroners, etc.
The solution to this problem is to pass public campaign financing like some cities & states have done

Committee Democrats asked to immediately send transcripts to Mueller, who hasn’t been allowed to see them under Nunes’ rules. There’s good reason to believe many witnesses committed perjury or offered info relevant to the SC’s work.

Nunes opposed it, and it was voted down.
Committee Democrats then moved to have the transcripts released to the public immediately — after a 10-day intelligence community review — to avoid any selective release or other political manipulation.

Again, Nunes opposed this.

(1) Today I'm celebrating the best Easter in my 48 years on this earth.

And I'm not even a Christian. But I'll tell you why I'm so grateful for the life and death of Jesus Christ, and those who follow him today, especially those in the USA.
(2) Some years ago I came across the online atheist community, and became very interested in their views and practices. During that time I opened this Twitter account, as a way to connect to that community. I keep the account bc changing the username is too much of a hassle now.
(3) I don't support the practice of assuming a person's beliefs and labeling them according to their Twitter username. I'm an agnostic, not an atheist. I don't believe in God, but I never rule anything out. Atheist SJWs are some of the biggest bullies online.
