115 civilians were reported injured.
193 protesters were arrested, including one MAS legislator, 1 Venezuelan.
The marchers demanded access to Sacaba's central Square, which police refused. Proposal for only women and children to march on was also rejected.
Midday standoff was followed by crowd pushing past police, who were replaced or supplemented by the military.
There was a two-hour street battle, during which scores were injured by gunfire.
Security forces claim some in protest crowd had guns, fired. ONE Mauser rifle and several shotguns were "identified."
No full report on police injuries, but press reports "almost ten" were taken away in ambulances.
Several police vehicles had bullet holes after the confrontation.
My analysis: if there were police with gunshot wounds we would know by now.
A government minister has made the implausible argument that since one of the victims has a bullet wound in the back, he was killed by other protesters.
