Estonian Minister of Interior confirms that Estonia is working on a Plan B, for the case that NATO doesn't deliver. According to him Estonia prefers NATO, however, and doesn't believe in EU as a security provider against Russia.

Also in the article above, the Estonian Minister of Defense tones down the NATO critique and says there is no plan B, and that Estonia relies on NATO.

After that the Estonian President, PM and Minister of Defense have denounced that any Plan B exists, the Estonian Minister of Interior walks back & claims that the Finnish journalists have misunderstood him.

Note that the Minister of Interior represents a ethnonationalistic party which suprisingly was included in the coalition government of Estonia.
