@christopherhope There’s an important difference. Getting a visa is quite a bit harder. The UK and other EU countries fall under the US visa-waiver policy. They do not need a visa, but they do need to register electronically and pay. /2
@christopherhope There is some debate whether this actually complies with the terms of a visa-waiver, but that’ll soon be obsolete, because the EU will introduce its own visa-waiver procedure requiring registration and payment. /3
