Yes, the FBI committing serious misrepresentations and making multiple false statements to be able to spy on a US citizen as part of a presidential campaign should most definitely “concern everyone.”
The security state agents who became liberal cable news stars over the last 3 years were always lying when they kept telling you how hard it is to get FISA warrants & how difficult it is for their agencies to spy on US citizens. They get whatever they want because they often lie.
No need to rely on pundit wars or cable bickering: just read the part of the IG Report - which is quite conservative in its indictment of the FBI (could be way worse) - where they describe FBI's "serious inaccuracies and omissions" in the FISA application and decide for yourself:
