1/ Bob James, a Labour member suspended over online antisemitism, denies expressing antisemitic views. He claims no-one has ever explained what's racist about his statements and asks for "a perfect example of antisemitism" in his posts to be pointed out.
2/ A member of Alyn and Deeside CLP, Bob James came to public attention recently through his persistent trolling of TV mathematician Rachel Riley after she had expressed concerns about the antisemitic abuse she received from people who claimed to be Labour Party members.
3/ I hesitate to bestow the "perfect example" accolade on anything associated with antisemitism. But, sadly, there's no shortage of material on Bob James's timeline that shows hostility toward or discrimination against Jews as a religious, ethnic or racial group.

For those who are attacking @LordCFalconer (especially his fellow Jews or Lords) for trying to help solve an issue such as #Antisemitism in @UKLabour or elsewhere in society reflect upon what this suggests about your own attitudes:
1) Do you want antisemitism to be tackled?
2) Why can't fellow Jews, such as Falconer (within the party) or @BoardofDeputies (wider engagement/healing) be part of the process ... without being attacked without tropes that hint at 'wrong sort' being used?
3) If you are a Lord or MP are you asking about ...
or tackling the significant rise in hate crime in UK over the last 8 years (@Conservatives government)?
4) Would you be advocating people to leave the UK due to its institutional #racism? The #HostileEnvironment and #Windrush crisis was caused by government policies and money.

If you haven't heard @MikeSegalov on anti-semitism yet, his interviews for the #BBC and Momentum are well worth a listen
As Segalov makes clear, its right to say there are legitimate concerns regarding anti-semitism both across society & within Labour. A fringe element within Labour & most political parties = anti semitic. Also fair to say #antisemitism is being weaponised
