Important to note that Ford has increased debt from $318 Billion to $360 Billion. It’s self-inflicted. Scream they are broke to pay for tax cuts. Loss of revenue is offset by removing public service workers. Services decline. They hope no one notices. #onpoli #onted

In turn, they focus on ‘union thugs’ and make them the target. In reality, tax cuts benefit the wealthier the most. Need a demon to blame though. Looking in the mirror is not an option. To further the goal legislation is brought in after certain contracts are finished. #onpoli

Bill 124 an archaic bill is passed to make it almost impossible for educational workers to receive more than 1% over 3 yrs. Yet, before this bill is passed. Deputy Ministers -14% raise. MPP’s housing allowance 20%. Landlords raise rent 2.2%. Why? Keep up with inflation. #onpoli

As well, OPP 2%/4yrs. Toronto firefighters 10.57%/5 yrs. Educational workers via Bill 124 imposes 3%/3yrs. Amazing timing! Male dominated legislature and workers vs female dominated professions. Who gets paid more? Why? Next step: misinformation attacks using media #onpoli

Let’s send out a walking talking mouthpiece who can spew nonsense and confuse the public. Essentially, the Minister of Educations numbers are used to confuse. Idiotic assumptions are made to inflate numbers. Lying, really. Soundbites trump analysis. #onpoli #onted

Sound bites are used to pit citizens against each other. Educational workers v parents. A wedge is being used constantly. Don’t focus on tax cuts. Make idiotic statements in front of any microphone you can find. Misinformation is the goal .Spew the same lines. #onpoli #onted

Hope they the public buys your false messaging. To date: not overly successful. Ford needs fewer workers to pay for his tax cuts. He is gutting quality oublic education to meet his goal. Students lose out. Educational workers are the sacrificial lambs. #onpoli #onted

The next goal after starving public education is to claim - isn’t working well and then offer, ‘choice’. A move towards privatization. That is where the e-learning courses come in. To run these courses require fewer workers. Another goal. Say anything but that to justify. #onpol

There are other solutions. No tax cuts. Combine public and catholic systems. Generate more revenue. None of these will happen. Instead, Ford will continue to cut money from quality public education. Don’t fall for his likes. Adding more money is false - adds in child care #onpoli

Unfortunately this battle between educational workers and Ford becomes a public relations battle. Tax cuts aren’t even mentioned as the reason for Ford increasing clas sizes 14% and introducing e-learning classes workout any justification. Tax cuts hurt students. #onpoli #onted

Why has the government kept the largest consultation ever hidden. We paid over a $1 million for this. Why can’t the public see the results? Points to emphasize? This is one. Ford isnt transparent. Hides reports. #onpoli #onted

This is Ford’s Ontario. He is cutting workers to pay for $4.2 Billion in tax cuts. Just keep repeating. Ignore the Minister of Education. He is meant to be a lightning rod. Ignore him. That doesn’t mean don’t question his idiotic statements. Challenge them but avoid him. #onpoli

Mention Ford as often as possible. It’s his Ontario that he is attacking to pay for $4.2 Billion in tax cuts. He is the leader. He’s not leading. #onpoli #onted. Don’t get discouraged. Don’t quit, even though Ford is quitting on quality public education. Keep plugging away.

Ford favours tax cuts to corporations and his wealthy buddies as opposed to investing in people that educate our children. Who gains? Who loses? For the people. Um, no. #onpoli #onted
