1. I found a friend who needed a website (for free)
2. I went through Web Monkey Elementor tutorial bit.ly/35BYDhy and build the first draft while watching: bit.ly/36Ohqqa
3. I bought @thedankoe guide

@thedankoe 4. I finished @thedankoe guide -- considering the community probably the best investment I ever did.
5. I bought ElementorPro and SiteGround hosting.
6. Finished the first draft bit.ly/2N4bcuN
7. Found @thomasdmorgan
8. Just sent first 19 personalized, cold emails.

@thedankoe @thomasdmorgan 9. As I invest a lot of time into the learning, creating and outreach I am short on time.

So I told a firm I write newsletters for, I want 75% pay raise or I go.

The said yes.

Now I can pay my rent writing 4 emails a month.

And hustle.

At this point have 4 meetings booked.

Closed for 1300 - 1800 $.
Boom.

Doing webs for 20 days.
No portfolio.
My website "under maintance".

Yes, it was luck.

But as @naval says: put yourself in a position to be able to capitalize and attrack that luck.

I did.
