Anyway here's Brooklyn.
Here's a hailstorm from a couple weeks ago, in JULY, in Guadalajara, Mexico, which occurred despite temps at 88°F.

But climate change is a hoax.
Iceland just lost its first glacier. They had a plaque installed to commemorate humans' involvement. Researchers expect the rest of Iceland's glaciers to melt away in the next 200 years.

Totally normal, though.

The drought of 1930 created the great dust bowl & the migration to CA by 1934, an estimated 35 million acres of formerly cultivated land had been rendered useless for farming, another 125 million acres, an area roughly 3/4 the size of Texas—was rapidly losing its topsoil.
On May 11, 1934, a massive dust storm two miles high traveled 2,000 miles to the East Coast, blotting out monuments such as the Statue of Liberty and the U.S. Capitol.

Remember, Trump is getting stronger.

The elites had a script how this was supposed to go.

Trump is supposed to be on his WAY OUT at this point.

His approval ratings are supposed to be in the toilet, he's supposed to have been isolated, under constant siege, etc.
Back in 2017 I think it was the NYT's that had a fiction section written by prominent authors where they all looked into the future & predicted how Trump's presidency would end up.

The 1 where the Secret Service agent offered his gun to a Russian assassin got most attention.
But the one *I* most remember was the first one, where a dejected Trump tries to put on a brave face as, surrounded by his kids and close supporters, he prepares to sign his resignation letter.

2. I've kind of flipped out recently. Regular readers have probably noticed.
After about two years of thinking and writing about global warming I have had this blinding realization which is either right, or I need heavy medication.
3. This mercury thing is all of a piece with everything about the lives humans have developed for ourselves in, quite literally, the last hundred years.
We think we and the Earth are different things. That our well being and the Earth's well being are in competition.
