In the spirit of Education let me clarify. I have NO Govt affiliation however lawful in ALL my dealings business wise and across all advocacies associated with my name. What the Wiki link referred to was the adhoc Presidential panel that deployed our joint stopgap to the ills.
What actually happened was that a threshold was reached and at that watershed moment, police got tired of playing defensive & realized the devastating effect of our next move on the advocacy based on the revelation made to them at a critical meeting with the leaders.
This meeting was held behind the curtains at the International Youth Day (Safe spaces for youth 2018) held at the Music Centre as organized jointly by @koredebello & @SIAF_NG with all stakeholders including senior officers of the Police. 
It was at this meeting that we shared the entire vision of the @SIAF_NG advocacy with the leadership and walked them through the critical elements of their current trajectory. They were enlightened and decided to comply with the recommendations.
It was at this meeting that we agreed to jointly work towards repositioning the modus operandi of ALL tactical squads in preparation for the #PoliceReforms which was running simultaneously in our engagement of the National Assembly under the 8th Assembly as led by true leaders.
The Police leadership were charged by our team to show good faith by releasing a summary of our agreement in compliance to the public on the Monday that follows. Note here that all this happened while the President was away on medical tourism & the VP was in acting capacity.
We also agreed that this should be followed by a joint press conference by the Police and stakeholders (CSOs) including @SIAF_NG that led the campaign. All lies and false statements made against us were taken back with apologies and we decided to police them going forward.
Before the Police could release the agreed stop gap to the public, I believe the VP/Ag President was notified and he made his announcement first giving an order for the immediate overhaul of SARS. As far as we were concerned this has little or no impact on the agreed terms.
Nothing changed except for the opening paragraph that read...in line with the directive of the Ag President...Bla bla bla. As we know that the Police can’t reform themselves and if indeed the VP needed clarification he would have invited us for guidance. But he didn’t.
We took it as a political statement and made the Police realize with proof that we understand their issues more than any organization in the country and are willing to help solve the 70years+ problem for all our children’s sake. This was what led to the F-SARS phenomenon.
The intelligent people reading this will realize that none of these complex process was revealed or done via Twitter or Socialmedia. So you can recognize vividly the error of those who assumed #EndSARS #ReformPoliceNG advocacy was a social media campaign. It has many compartments
There were many teams scattered globally and harmonized via Applications and digital platforms gathering incidents and data in real time. We also had the legal teams headed by @AbdulMahmud01 Great Oracle before we collaborated with @citizen_gavel and others.
All arms of Govt were carried along and they all cooperated based on the evidences before them and the critical need to comply. The executive however were only concerned about signing the bills into law once ready but not ready to sponsor same despite being an executive bill.
As of now, out of the two bills #PoliceReformBill and #PoliceTrustFundBill only the Police TrustFundBill has been signed into Law by the President, as we still await the PoliceReformBill concurrence at the House of Representatives. We discussed this with Rt Hon Speaker yesterday.
Once the bills have been signed into Laws we hope we won’t need to pressure the President to appoint and inaugurate the Board that will execute and monitor the implementation of the much needed reforms. This is just a summary. I left out a lot. But get the general picture.
So let’s just call this a part confession of my “Fraudulent Activities” towards the progress of our fatherland in the interest of all our children and future generations, especially where Govt and the parents of the cynics have failed woefully over 70plus years.

Point blankly, I have no government appointment and neither affiliated with any Govt programmes or initiative. We’re self funded & grant free. We’re simply doing what we can in a terrible situation that is claiming the lives of our young daily via strategic collaboration. Cheers.
It is necessary to add that no Tyres were burnt in the 3 years & counting of our engagement of Govt/Police & none of our reps/collaborators were tear gassed, shot at, jailed or abused in the course of our fusion of activism & advocacy towards a better NIGERIA. #ProofOfConcept
