76-year old American citizen Khalifa Haftar has been routinely and methodically murdering Libyans under the guise of "liberating" them from terrorist militias. War always comes down to individuals and the decisions they make. It is time to stop Haftar.

A few years back I was asked by a desperate uncle to rescue some trapped civilians in Benghazi who Haftar's forces had targeted as terrorists. They were murdered before we could extract them. It is not know how many innocents were murdered in Benghazi and Derna as "terrorists"

Haftar has served his purpose, his dream is over. It is time for America to ignore the fantasies of the UAE, KSA and Egypt shut down their errant citizen. We have the tools to do it quickly and permanently. His funds are in Jordan and his children can deal with the fallout.
