In so many revolutions - my country of birth Egypt’s included - women are encouraged to join and ate celebrated for the numbers and publicity they bring. “Women are leading the revolution in x country” is massively huge headlines. BUT...
BUT the revolution is ultimately a cisgender dick swinging contest: one group of men fighting vs another group of men for power.
I’m not interested in cisgender penis swinging contests.
That is not my revolution.

Ask “whose revolution is this?” every time you read a headline that says “women are leading the revolution.”
