Animal people: NZ vets and Saddlery Warehouse are collecting donations of animal handling gear & vet supplies to help injured and sick animals affected by the #AustralianFires. Bandages, feeding bottles/teats, fly veils, worm paste, halters/collars/leads etc all welcome.
Items can be dropped at any Saddlery Warehouse branch nationwide or if you're in Auckland, you can also drop them at Vets North in Kumeu or Town & Country Vets in Drury.
If you're in Taupō, you can drop products at Woodlands Equestrian, 1100 Mapara Rd. I should have mentioned in the first tweet, but items need to be new to get through Biosecurity.
DSV has donated a container + free shipping from Auckland to Melbourne, and the donations drive will run for the next few days or until the container is full. 🙏
