Here's my motive: we have democracy and the rule of law, or we have nothing. We need every vote and every voter. Complacency and discouragement helps Trumpists.
A review of Kaep tweets shows he never mentions Trump or POTUS, never supported Kamala Harris (or any other Dem), never mentioned Hillary, no less supported her. I see no sign he abandoned his "don't vote" stance, and his timeline is mostly shoe ads and provatskya.
