Sounds like McConnell still has the votes to start the trial without resolving the witness question. But the witness/Bolton issue will have to be decided eventually.
Yes, the above assumes Pelosi sends over the articles. McConnell's position has been that he can't start the trial till the articles are sent. Doesn't seem interested in Graham's idea to change Senate rules to let that happen

Example is, Jay Sekulow. Parnas says he knew all about it, but didn't want to be involved, "wanted to stay away from it."
