🚨UPDATE 🚨- I use several different flight apps to compare data (they should ALL match). I found an anomaly which tells me something isn’t right here. Take a look: Programmed flight log shows tail # change as well as acft type code.
The inbound acft from Kiev is the same one (UR-PSR) which arrived the day prior.
Now, this is where it gets curious. Flightradar24 who broke the story, shows it downed and flightaware does as well; but flightstats shows the acft still in flight.

Now, LAPD’s responded with how its classified his behavior:
