In his Nov 2015 interview, Flynn explained how flawed and politicized the intelligence process was under Obama. He confronted an unnamed CIA official—Brennan, presumably, since Flynn was head of DIA at the time—about why certain field Intel wasn’t included in the intel chain...
Flynn: “From ambassadors down to the low level, [they all say] we are doing a great job. Really? So if we are doing such a great job, why do I feel like we are losing?”
Flynn was forced out over his frank and public criticisms. Shortly thereafter, he was targeted by Team Obama.

Flynn was a legit whistleblower on a matter far more important than aid to Ukraine. For that, he was punished by Brennan, Comey, Clapper and Obama. He was ambushed by the FBI, targeted by Mueller, and maligned in the press. Too bad his initial aren’t EC.
