2/ Senator Masha Blackburn is displaying multiple nonverbal signals which are completely incongruent with her verbal message. Whenever the verbal language contradicts the body language — it's the body language that always tells the truth.
3/ In the absence of being cold, crossed arms over one's chest/torso is a signal of defensiveness, low confidence, closedmindedness, and a need for protection. Blackburn's left hand is mostly hidden while her right hand is completely covered. 
4/ A person whose arms are crossed has their mind made up — you're never going to change it.
5/ To nuance this further, Senator Blackburn's hands are hidden — signaling particularly lower confidence. But not only are her hands concealed — they're also clenched in fists. This signals a particularly hostile emotional tone.
6/ Why is Senator Blackburn smiling when the subject matter is quite serious? Smiling out of context is always a warning sign. At the very least it signals strong confirmation bias. In this setting, it can also signal schadenfreude — as well as deception.
7/ Senator Blackburn shrugs her shoulders multiple times in this short video — telling us:

• I don't care
• What does it matter?
• What could I do about it?
• I don't know
• I don't care

8/ Senator Blackburn also contracts and elevates her forehead multiple times. This is accompanied by eyes (upper eyelids) opened far too widely. Overuse of the forehead and eyelid muscles in this manner is the most common body language manifestation of insincerity.
9/ Notice the Senator is leaning against an extension of the wall/furniture with her lower back/buttocks. She needs/requires/seeks out this physical support because she lacks confidence in herself/her statement.
10/ From a statement analysis perspective, her declaration at the end of the video, "There *IS* a trouble with the truth" is particularly telling and is, in fact, a confession.
11/ SUMMARY: Senator Blackburn is highly insincere in this video. She lacks confidence in her statements and thus in her multiple political views.

12/ ... Blackburn is particularly beta, defensive and even hostile. She is displaying a component of apathy/abdication of the truth. Senator Blackburn does not believe her own words and she feels that she requires emotional support.
