I thought we'd already gotten to the apex of disingenuousness and stupidity in this country, but Dershowitz argued:
1. POTUS can't be impeached for abuse of power &
2. If, whatever he did, he felt it in the best interest of the country to get reelected #dershowitzlogic

And you just know that, after these arguments succeed in getting Trump getting acquitted, the next Democratic POTUS still can't so much as sneeze without covering their mouth without Republicans impeaching them and pretending Trump and #dershowitzlogic never happened.
One last detail: to any progressive that directly or indirectly supports this madness because you hate the democratic establishment so much, you do realize that this is Republicans fine-tuning and oiling up their mahcine to attack a Sanders’ presidency
