Already working on anti-EU / pro US-UK "special relationship" (to rule the world, app.) stance
&by US, he already meant Mercer/Koch bros funded Heritage Foundation.
Note that the "non-MPs in power" (him, Matthew Elliott)...

Also note the "Have policies defined by business-funded lobby group" -the official stance of the Heritage Foundation.
Finally note the ads were in cinemas back then.
Please understand what "have policies defined by business-funded lobby group" means.
(There's a name for that now: "astroturfing".)

Last Saturday, hundreds of thousands marched through London to ask for a second referendum on #brexit. It was announced from the platform that more than a million had taken part. There were certainly a lot.
