Some notes on Tad Devine:

Before Bernie and Andrew Yang, Devine played an integral role in every Presidential election lost by Democrats since 1980.
Devine split his time between working for failing domestic campaigns and international candidates, including many Friends of Epstein, as well as working alongside Federal Inmate #35207-016 (aka Paul Manafort) in Ukraine.
So, when you see that Yang would even consider considering a pardon for Trump...

the problem in Iowa is pretty clearly mutifactorial, but I think the biggest prob is the calculations are based on the original # of people who showed, not proportion of final totals.

Bernie supporters leaving without picking seconds screwed it up, now there are rounding errors.
this is exacerbated by folks who are recent converts (or bad actors from the safe GOP side) interfering.
problem is, if this is the case, the firat round of results will be skewed towards where Bernie and others were viable... and the results released later will be skewed against.

given the framing the GOP is pushing, this would be both predictable and bad.

So. Let's say information going to a campaign is not mandated to be included in FEC reports.

For something somebody happens to know offhand, that's reasonable.

But when something is not known IN ADVANCE and requires research, which most people don't do for free:
when a foreign nation-state's intelligence apparatus dedicates a full division solely to a months-long operation to access, exfiltrate, and weaponize information via theft -

it has value to them.

Share that info with the opposition & it inherits the value of the expenditure.
If information is solicited, and is not immediately on hand, if it requires additional effort to procure - that is unquestionably soliciting a thing of value.

Women represented 15 to 20% of the total number of French Resistance fighters within the country. Women also represented 15% of political deportations to Nazi-run concentration camps.

Despite big wins on election day for #Democrats, a small group of people continue to argue for major changes to the party through the Dem Unity Commission. Some proposed changes are getting rid of superdelegates and more caucuses. Let's discuss what these changes could mean /1
One proposed change is to remove super delegates from the primary nominating process for president. Supers are mostly elected representatives and major party members who can vote for whomever they want at the convention /2 dailykos.com/stories/2008/2…
Super delegates have never overturned the popular vote but do provided a fail-safe option in case the party needs them (Trump anyone?). They also help diversity in delegates because people dont need to compete w/ elected reps to go to the convention /3
