+ 8 - threat to Credico (22=41-51);
+ 3 - substantial interference with justice (25=57-71);
+2 - extensive scope (27=70-87);

The defense memo indicates that the Probation Office arrived at this same calculation & the defense objects to everything over 14 levels & asks for a variance even lower. That means the judge will have to decide whether all these apply & whether to vary from the final number./2
The enhancements more than double the levels & increase the months of incarceration range six-fold, which is absurd. /3
