And we can end the pretense of saying the aluminum mill in Kentucky is with Russian investment, or Deripaska's. It's Putin's. They should put Putin's name on it, along with Rand Paul's and Mitch McConnell's. That is, if it's even real and not itself a laundering scam.

If the investment makes business sense, there would be more than one investor. Instead, only a shady Russian one, because they don't care if they lose money. Because their real investment is in McConnell and Paul, to gain influence. Similar model in UK.
