I find it rather sad. Blacks are great being who they are, but there is always someone comes along who wants, Orwellian-style, to force them into white history & culture, where they don't belong & stick out like a sore thumb.
And with this #SoreThumb things get even more Orwellian, because it serves #BigBrother & his minions as an instrument of socio-political intimidation & control, with anyone commenting on or protesting it being accused of #HateSpeech, i.e. #RACISM.
#BigBrother & his minions have such a grip on western "democracies" now that it beggars belief. But when I try pointing this out to most people, they look at me as if it is me who is mad.

British & American nationhood are Orwellian constructs, based on lies, deceit & regimes of rewards & intimidation. Both are mercenary "patron states" deceitfully posing as nations, in order to legitimise themselves, their ruling elites & the immense power they wield & abuse.
Yet, Britain & America are still two of the best countries in the world to be citizens of, as testified to by the huge number of 3rd world immigrants & refugees who want to become British or American citizens. Great countries for them, but not so great for their Native peoples.
If Britain & America were genuine nations they would not be so contemptuous of their Native peoples. It is because they are mercenary "patron states" that they are so contemptuous.
Both are dominated by Big Brother, his minions, & the Matrix of state & capital.

Sang the Beatles, & at the time it seemed very inspiring, but in the artificial environment of civilisation, all you actually need is MONEY, which goes a long way to explaining society's ills.

Those who preach love are usually not short of money.
MONEY is the most versatile form of POWER, & what is said about power? It corrupts!

The power of money has been corrupting human behaviour & society ever since it was first invented, which was a long time ago. The British, more than anyone, refined this corruption.
This is why London is a centre of world finance.

As a means of exchange, money is essential. What is so corrupting about it is its ability to create more money. Anyone with enough money need not work, but can simply let their money work for them.

#LiberalDemocracy is DIVERSIFYING the present, & can also DIVERSIFY the past, by rewriting it & dismissing any objections as RACIST.

Hi everyone! It’s @emilyjmayo back again with pt. 2 of #history on Emperor Kōken/Shōtoku’s engagement with text (read pt. 1 below if you haven’t yet)! This time, I’ll be talking about the emperor’s imperial edicts, called senmyō.📜 #twitterstorians
Senmyō used Chinese characters for meaning & sound, and were composed using an orthographic system nearly identical to Kojiki, a collection of early Japanese mythology history published in 712. The 2 characters in the word “senmyō 宣命” roughly mean to “proclaim the command.” 🗣️

Okay. History time!

You've probably seen photos of Commonwealth war cemeteries, with rows of white graves. They're heartbreaking images.

What you DON'T see are the thousands of small, tragic stories on each gravestone.

So I'm going to share some with you here. /1 #history #WW1
These stories exist because although every stone is similar, family members were able to pay to have a small, custom inscription made on each stone.

Which is why on Pvt J Low's grave you'll find this desperately sad inscription:

"Until we meet again. Mother." /2
Of course, the ABSENCE of anything is even sadder. Too often you'll see the nine saddest words in the English language:

"A soldier of the Great War. Known only unto God"

Those words appear when we know a body is there but not who. It was Rudyard Kipling who came up with them /3
