The best indicator of future performance is to look at past performance, and just like in 2016, this administration is welcoming Russian cheating in the election and working to cover it up. Any institution that safeguards our democracy and the rule of law is in the crosshairs.
Now, it’s our intelligence community. Their role is to speak truth to power and protect our national security—because election security is national security.
Fair play, following the rules, preserving our democracy, and protecting our security mean nothing to unprincipled and undisciplined men. But I know they mean everything to the American people.
Stand up and be heard—because once we lose our sacred liberties, we lose everything that matters.
