Prime example of a foreign actor impersonating a domestic voter/Bernie supporter.

Tweet had contemporaneous screenshot - but time in photo was 2:50 - not current time in Arizona or anywhere in the US.

Siberia? Indonesia? Japan? North Korea? yes.

In the USA? No.
Note: the image on the right was from about 20 minutes after the post was made.

A new account, created this month; amplifying anti-Russia investigation disinformation, and pushing disinformation about polls.
It's linked to a whole nest of similar accounts, and has been consistently in my face for a few days.

Use patterns (mostly RT, few original tweets, mostly negative responses to others ?ing Sanders),

Linguistic patterns are also revealing. Especially when they're denying them.
And the reference to cancer in the bio (as with many other markers - US flags, false claims of being a veteran, single mother, etc.) is something foreign influence actors often leverage to play victim against targets they're attempting to discredit.
FWIW, I built a tool that could be used to track down networks like this from isolated user reports; unfortunately, data acquisition and retention is cost-prohibitive without funding, so it's just sitting here idle.

( BizDev people, lemme know if you have any ideas. )
But, to sum up, I'm not saying this is a Russian -

But I AM saying they're not in the USA, and if you have cancer (something that most reasonable people wouldn't make part of their bio, because pre-existing conditions) you prob. won't be traveling the world during treatment.
When confronted, he changes the time zone on his phone - but neglects to realize the phone charger is also indicative of provenance.
If Twitter comes back and says that this is an authentically American account, of course I'd have apologized.

But to be clear, these are the precise tactics, strategies, accusations leveled by and frames used by foreign actors.
If you don't want to be considered one, don't follow people just to disagree with them.

Don't attribute divisive motives to those you interact with.

Get offended when Russia and the GOP interferes and pushes your preferred candidate, don't cheer it on.
Ask questions, and try to understand those who hold views that differ from yours.

Don't discredit information just because it runs counter to your ideology.
If you're here for anything other than constructive dialogue, and you're exhibiting and promoting the same behaviours that foreign actors use to divide us...
Don't be surprised if someone thinks you're one of them. Especially if there is what seems to be significant probability you're fabricating some of your screenshots.
FWIW, the probability of a photo taken at n:50 randomly being tweeted at 11:50 is 0.02% (1/3600)

The rough probability that the photo and the tweet both showing the same battery state is around 1/100 * 1/100 (1/1M)
(1/50^2 for 2min)
In total, those odds are 1/18M - 1/36,000,000
