State of this Stanfield Care Services Ltd children's home in Norfolk, 'home' to four vulnerable children.
No registered manager since 2018. Staff come and go. Compliance notices are not met.
Nobody knows how many staff, or who, is on duty
Staff are not able to meet the needs of the children in this home (despite billing local authorities for specialist staff, a practice known as 'fraud' in other sectors).
The home depends on agency staff who are not vetted. Children are put at risk.
This report says the home has been failing to provide good care since 2018. In fact, records suggest it has not provided good care since it was registered in 2012.

Not unreasonable to think that it never will.
Latest inspection report is here files.ofsted.gov.uk/v1/file/501470…

Privatisation of children's services... bad for children, bad for families, bad for the taxpayer.

It doesn't have to be this way.
'a passion for the care of young people'

You couldn't make this shit up.
No wonder they are passionate, for £4,000 a week for each child in their care.
