Here’s what happened: @RepAdamSchiff ‘s lead attorney, @danielsgoldman & I did not get off to a great start. He wanted everything I had & felt entitled to my fathers name; his emails, my docs Etc., so I began recording our conversations otherwise no one would believe me...

..I knew he was hungry for my files from my earlier dealings with him, but did NOT overlook what I saw was a disorderly & chaotic case he’d been desperate to manage. Weeks earlier, he asked me to give @RepAdamSchiff my #DeutscheBank files directly, so I took a meeting w/Schiff...

...I brought along loads of hard drives, phones, computer, docs & files as seen in the bag I’m holding in the photo below...

..but as it happens, @RepAdamSchiff, preparing for his appearance on @RealTimers (he went on @billmaher’s show 3 hours later) knew @danielsgoldman’s request was improper. Schiff told me “There’s a proper chain of evidence we must follow & I cannot accept your files directly...”

...& that I was to ONLY hand over the files to @danielsgoldman, otherwise they may be inadmissible. Perplexed as to why one of the country’s top lawyers gave me bad data, @RepAdamSchiff & I called Dan, who profusely apologized & asked for a few days to sort out the next move...

..Now, Keep in mind Dan was just a disembodied voice that @thelittleidiot had put me in touch with a week earlier. Moby & I discussed the merits of the House Intel Committee & paranoia endured when faced with possible, errant spies, tracking high value data. So I figured if Dan..

..could put me in the room with #AdamSchiff within the ring of a few phone calls, then he was who he says he is. Which he did. So my meeting with Schiff would murder 2 birds with similar stones. I left the meeting fully intent on handing the docs to Dan. But then the @FBI came...

...The #FBI flew out from NYC to meet me at the @FBILosAngeles HQ - where I saw these disturbing images for the 1st time - Portraits of #trump & #Pence - (they still make me shiver)...

..Over the course of our 4 hour meeting I’d become seduced by the agents line - “Val, we’re the @FBI, we’re not political. We just catch the bad guys.” And I had bags full of hard drives, full of bad guys. Emails showing fraud, theft & unaccountable bankers smirking dirty...

...And on top of it all, a dead father.
The @FBI said all the right things. They did NOT ask me to avoid The Congressional Investigation, but I read between the lines & understood if I assisted both #Schiff & The FBI, it would be the #fbi’s case that suffered, and I wanted the..

So I chose the @fbi.

..Needless to say, @danielsgoldman was furious to hear of my decision when he called (2 weeks 2 late) but I gave him another shot anyway. I figured, If he could give me what I wanted - oversite into how my fathers name & emails were used - I’d bend a bit more amicably...

..see, I was in the rare position to know the context of both an @fbi investigation & an Intelligence investigation & what any damage or advantage any crossover may do. So I calculated some risk, affixed string to pin, and decided to reach out to my now nemesis @danielsgoldman ..

..No response for a while, so I followed up with an email to both @danielsgoldman and his law partner #DanNoble pretty much saying the same. A few hours after my email & texts ASKING TO BE SUBPOENA’d,
I got this text...

...there are more emails I won’t bore you with, where I’m asked when a good time to be subpoenaed would be & if I could send over the files by this time, and in that format... etc, etc...

..Finally on June 18th 2019, I receive the subpoena via email, then later a hard copy arrives by post.
Then eventually,
I would comply.

Today I have the subpeoana framed & hanging on my bedroom wall.

Oh, what could not go wrong? ...

..Alas, the story isnt finished, you see, the treacherous @davidenrich would go on on to publish his tasteless, condescending destructive profile on me, Oct 1st 2019. As you can tell from the NYTimes photographs - I didn’t see it coming. I was astonished. Godsmacked. Burned. ...

..I felt used & abused & fucked with & I fell into a depression. @davidenrich had turned me into some sort of an asshole. The piece is littered with Mischaracterizations, half-truths & outright lies. Written with spite & a nasty vindictive vigor that’s clear to even those whom...

..I’ve never met. based on the kind remarks of strangers on Twitter, I knew it wasn’t just me. The profile was pure pejorative. The day of publication I texted @davidenrich incessantly asking “wtf?!” He claimed he was being kind to me & that I should see what he left out...

..I confronted him on every pejorative misrepresentation. (the @davidenrich texts will be out soon) David justified everything he did opaquely & pawned everything else off to his editor @nicksummers whom he blamed the title on, “Me & My Whistleblower”

..Then Enrich hoping to prove his ‘fairness’ said he purposely left out a press this press release from @RepAdamSchiff’s office, posted below...

..As you can see fearless readers, this press release from @danielsgoldman is entirely false. A lie. Completely bereft of fact. Void of truth.
