But having said that, this guy says UV kills viruses pretty well. The type of UV needed is found in direct sunlight and specialty lamps. Black lights are not really enough. The type of UV needed can damage us, unless you get a special type.

The cheap version of UV sanitizer would likely use a lamp meant for fish tanks, repurposed and adapted so the light does not go on us or our eyes. Or you can go whole hog and get an expensive specialty uv light.
