Count 4: abusive sexual contact with Victim 2. Not said just now, but she's a prisoner. Will be invited to speak at sentencing? And what about Victim 1? 3 to 7?
Count 5 is also about Victim 2. So Victims 1, 3-7... erased. They can't make a Victim's Impact Statement? Still in MCC, six days under lock down?
As a felon, Akparanta will no longer be able to have a gun. He may be required to register as a sex offender. AUSA cites bodily integrity, and bodily injury. Kudge turns to Feb 6 plea agreement
Akparanta will pay victims; it's not yet decided how much. His prepared allocution refers to genitals. AUSA says he had "female products" and sex acts in solitary and in "the Bubble" - out of view of security cameras (!)
