1. None of this had to happen. This is what we get with a nitwit in charge willing to do the bidding of the Kochs who keep him in power through state propaganda and through owning the @SenateGOP @HouseGOP. But now people are going to die in truck loads.
2. Mostly old folks. The Fascist Party (fka @GOP) is demographically challenge with an aging electorate. So the #StableGenius decides to risk killing a few million old voters to help his numbers. But he won't pay a price because #StatePropaganda will make it go away.
3. If you want to survive, we have to stop Fox News publishing what amounts to enemy propaganda designed to kill Americans. Then see if @POTUS Trump can stand on his own two feet.

1. I highly suspect that Trump initially found some way to monetize the testing monopoly @CDCgov created in December or January and the company created a defective test. The decision to grant a monopoly was IMO illegal and not a best practice. Lack of redundant vendors
2. Since it was partially exposed Trump just politcally decided caused the initial delay. Then Trump's @whitehouse turned to stonewalling truth of the spreading pandemic. He used war time level propaganda amplified by @FOXNEWS as state propaganda to assist him in acts that
3. a reasonable person would know would expand the epidemic. Then the Kochs and @SenateGOP woke up that they were engaged in a conspiracy to commit mass murder of their own electorate. Not a winning strategy. So know he has to pretend it wasn't him. We saw that today.

I think the press should keep a close eye out for public appearances by Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro. The claim his test was negative looks sketchy to me. Just a social media post pushing back on @FoxNews' report it was positive result. Trump would have wanted that today.
Nobody should go near Trump. He's been exposed by the Bolsonaro aid who tested positive. He was right next to him breathing air that was likely infectious. Two patients were exposed by being no less than 6 feet for 10 minutes from an infected patient. @WhiteHouse is clueless.
1. The story coming out of Brasil is that President Bolsonaro tested negative but they are going to test him again early next week and until then he remains in isolation. IMO Trump lied and Bolsonaro did him a solid. Lucky for them nobody was listening on the line. 🕵️‍♀️

As the work on building Amravati, the new capital city AP, comes to a grinding halt, concerns emerge about Amravati (APCRDA) bonds held by Franklin MF (~Rs. 1000 Cr) and Birla MF (Rs. ~300 Cr). Thread 1/11
During the Chandrababu Govt, Amravati received political as well as financial patronage. Now, with Jagan Reddy being incharge of the state, the project is in shambles. World Bank & ADB pulled out of the project and the Government is looking for reasons to scrap it. 2/n
The bonds issued to support the financing needs of the project were subscribed by Franklin MF and Birla MF. The bonds are guaranteed by the AP Govt but it's not sure if the Govt would keep servicing the bonds. The risk of lending to a state govt has again come to the fore. 3/11

The professional politicians have done an excellent job of splitting up the issues to keep the citizens fighting with each other so we don’t focus on the fact that they are the problem, not us.
The professional wrestling promoters know that good fighting evil and prompting the audience to be involved in the action will keep people engaged. Our career politicians know it, too.

Without a crisis to engage the public, the career politician is less significant.
