What Benson will cover today
The organisation started 25 years ago, started from cutting our pictures from newspapers and posting them online.

Is now a global company, 1500+ employees and 18 brands.
The design team is roughly 50 people.
The company has always had researchers.

The research team has previously been short on hands in providing how other can do research
Scaling
6 core learnings from the research.
They found out a one way mirror is not used much any more.
REA already had a research space (shout out to @uxresearchguy who made that happen) so no need to remove the one way mirror.
They did more remote research.
Tools were a bit expensive
