I’ve was trying to look for the origin of the corono virus and per reports online, there is evidence that says this could be from Bats. This was based on the virologists perspective and they believe that theory based on genetics.
Upon going through the material available online, the horseshoe bats are common in Asia. This is also common in the wuhan region.There are reports that t bats peed on the Scientists who were at the lab and cause the outbreak.reports say that the scientists quarantined for 28 days
Earlier reports of outbreak from the wuhan market doesn’t hold true as bats go into hibernation and there were no bats found in the market. The transmission of the virus could be through another animal(snake) and then to humans or it was directly from the bats.
The bats are known to carry 40-50 viruses and are able to survive. The horseshoe bats are eat insects and are called the insectores. The bats are known for two things. Flight and echolocation. The horseshoe bats are able to fight the viruses and build a immune system..
The bats have lungs similar to humans and they have unique design.. they are able to intake more O2. The intake of O2 in humans is less. The flight is what makes the bats beat the viruses.. they fly at high altitudes and can go upto 10k feet. This is keeping the bats fit.
There is also high Haemoglobin level at high altitudes. The O2 intake is less and the body somehow increases the high blood cells in humans when we are at high altitudes. bats somehow are able to fly high. Even though they carry 40-50 viruses, it doesn’t affect them.
The echolocation in bats gave us the sonar and radar technology. It is based on the bats that we are able to detect the objects through sound and frequency. The bats detect objects based on echolocation. They are able to identify objects through this even when it’s dark.
The horseshoe bats eat insects and have the echolocation and flight capabilities.. the bat meat is consumed by people and used by some people to treat asthma. There is also some oil that’s made of that bats.used mostly for bald treatment and poured into ear if something goes in.
the bats are able to fight the corona viruses. The other viruses that are from bats are the SARS, rabies and few others and are less life-threatening. The COV-2 is something that scientists considered as pandemic. It sure transmitted to humans.
There are studies on how bats are able to survive the corona viruses.. I hope there is some evidence that proves that a good immune system could help contain the virus in humans. the flight and echolocation help with O2 intake and maybe the insects/food help with immune system.
The WHO has quoted some traditional medicines that would help but there is no science or research to back those up. Maybe humans can build a good immune system by hitting the gym or exercise regularly. Maybe certain types of food could boost the immune system.
This is a mystery as to why bats are able to survive and why humans are not able to contain the virus. The bats however suffer from white nose syndrome which is caused by human interaction and millions of bats have already died because of WNS.
The could be another virus that could result as another pandemic. The bats are not the only reason and it would be foolish to say “kill the bats”
There are studies and research on the bats.. high hemoglobin levels in humans is fatal. This is usually high for people with respiratory problems, people who live in high altitudes, child born post-term, etc.
