Okay, so I’ve been busy doing other things in the last week & didn’t have time to comment on this until now, but now I’m going to.

This guy 👇🏻is 100% full of shit.

I explain in this short thread.

For the reasons stated - in excellent fashion - by Professor Turley (@JonathanTurley) in the linked article👇🏻there is no basis in criminal law for criminalizing discretionary policy decisions of public officials.

But further, the only crime of negligent homicide in the DC code, requires that it involve a motor vehicle.

One would expect someone who spent 22 years prosecuting homicides in DC to know this.

Also, there is no negligent homicide offense in the US (federal) code, which could in theory apply to the POTUS.

One would think a former federal prosecutor would know this as well.

In short, this fool has no idea what he’s talking about. /4
So I guess he really is going to have to come up with a “novel” way to suggest prosecuting DJT for negligent homicide as none of the existing law allows it.

Of course, that would create an ex post facto problem, so it would only require an amendment of the US Constitution.
