H.E. Mr @President_KR President of South Korea, during an official state visit to the #UnitedStates, linked an important agreement with the #USA to strengthen and enhance the overall security of the #Koreanpeninsula vis-à-vis #NorthKorea.
The "#WashingtonDeclaration," as it is being called, is a set of new measures to boost #USROK cooperation on military training, information sharing, and strategic asset movements.
The agreement also involves periodic deployments of #US#nuclearsubmarines in the maritime territory of #SouthKorea, providing a US nuclear umbrella for the country against #NorthKorea.
Strategically for the #USA, #SouthKorea plays an important role in deterring emerging threats from the #pacific region.
#Japan has welcomed the development; conversely, #China is furious over the agreement since the nuclear submarine will have the capability to hit mainland #China. @MFA_China Mao Ning accused the #USA of toeing its own "Cold War mentality".
Repetitive missile tests by #NorthKorea compelled #SouthKorea to develop its own nuclear programme, as an alternative to getting the #US's nuclear umbrella.
Strategists believe that the #WashingtonDeclaration will not only enhance extended deterrence for South Korea but also, strengthen the nuclear non -proliferation regime, which is of key importance to the #UnitedStates.

The Indian Government has launched an evacuation drive from the crisis-hit nation of #Sudan under the codename '#Kaveri' after the law and order situation had become highly volatile following the power struggle between #RSF and the army, causing destruction.
The name '#OperationKaveri' was coined by Prime Minister @narendramodi himself post review of the emerging crisis situation in Sudan.
Under the leadership of @MOS_MEA Shri V. Muraleedharan, the @MEAIndia has made sure that the evacuation became a non-threatening process for #Indians by conducting numerous meetings with Sudanese Foreign Ministry officials.
India has been faced with many enigmas since its independence in 1947. One of them was managing relations with foreign nations. #India gained independence during the #ColdWar era. Nonetheless, India has managed to maintain strategic autonomy over the years.

Perhaps the #Rigvedic hymn “Aano bhadra krtavo yantu vishwatah”, (let noble thoughts come to us from all directions) would be perfect to describe India’s foreign policy prospects in upcoming months of 2023.

The UK’s economy post-Brexit has been hit severely. The current consumer price inflation rate is at 10.1% with the bank rates heightened at 4.25%.
Purchasing power of the masses is declining due to rising #inflation thereby increasing #poverty and #inequality among the masses.
#Brexit has largely been accounted for with the economic burden of the #UK. The #British exports have suffered a brunt as they faced trade barriers affecting their competitiveness.
One of the primary reasons #Azerbaijan emerged victorious during its conflict with #Armenia in 2020 was that the Turkish #Bayraktar drones completely dominated the technologically inferior Armenian defense forces.

The conflict portrayed the success and effectiveness of the #Turkish drone program and its combat capabilities.
Türkiye has been able to challenge industry behemoths like the #US and #Israel to capture market share in #drone exports.

Even in the #RussiaUkraine conflict, they were able to inflict considerable damage on #Russian forces.
They have striking precision capabilities and come with relatively lesser price tags compared to their US and Israeli alternatives.
