When we were debating health care, the mandate was EVERYTHING to CBO, driving 15M in coverage and $400B+ in spending. Now that we're on tax reform, whaddya know the mandate doesn't drive coverage or cost. #FireHollyHarvey
Gee, I wonder why the CBO health division's scoring model just always happens to line up with liberal ideological preferences?
If CBO had abandoned their demonstrably false mandate-maniacal model last fiscal year, we probably would have repealed Obamacare. Now that it could be used as a tax reform pay-for, they snap to it!
Pretty clear now that agenda item #1 for fixing health care is to #FireHollyHarvey. Enzi and Black need to tell Keith Hall that she goes or he does. I would suggest @DeanClancy to take her place.
When saving the individual mandate required pretending it was working, CBO was 100% committed to pretending it was working.

When saving the individual mandate required admitting it wasn't working, CBO reversed course.
