There're about 3 US Dist Courts that act as "spring training camps" for many involved in deep state, FBI & DoJ. Obviously they aren't all bad ppl but it appears that most top DC LEO's, FBI, DoJ came from just 3. Crosscheck ppl w these courts. Here's #1

Here's #2 US Dist Court where top DC people started. Only a few seem to matter. Other US Dist Courts don't seem to be where DoJ, FBI people are pulled from. So most top ppl in these agencies may've known eachother for decades.

Court #3 DC. Check Holder, Lynch, Comey et al against the 3 US DIst Courts listed. Nearly all came from these. US States Attys are hired & fired by POTUS
Fed'l judges nominated by POTUS, confirmed by Congress.
